ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Shipping Assistant to
perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an entry
level job. This job will be done remotely due to COVID-19 but involves a
secure storage unit to which you will have access, so complete trust
and transparency is essential.

Responsibilities:

Accept and receive all shipments (APO and PPE) [This involves regular
visits to a post office and packaging of upwards of 20 packages a week)
Package and ship all APO and PPE shipments [This involves regular
visits to a post office and packaging of upwards of 20 packages a week)
Pack and ship samples for Sales team [This involves regular visits to a
post office and packaging of upwards of 20 packages a week)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin
    assistance preferred, but will consider a recent college graduate
  • Strong organizational skills
